British Prime Minister, David Cameron, has clearly pointed that Islamic extremism, like fascism, will not be tolerated in the United Kingdom - as he did stress that defeating Islamic extremism in Britain is as vital as dealing with the economy.
The Prime Minister strongly backed the views of Michael Gove, the education secretary, who said that the Government must win the argument with those who want tolerate all but the most violent extremists.
Mr Gove has criticised the Home Office for failing to do enough to deal with
the roots of extremism. Mr Gove said the Government should "drain the
swamp" of extremism instead of "beating back the crocodiles"
of terror down the line.
