Djokovic beats Nadal to Biscayne title

Tennis ace Novak Djokovic beats Rafael Nadal to the Biscayne title, when he defeated the Spanish in the Sony Open final on Sunday.

Djokovic has won the Biscayne title four times, while Nadal failed again trying for his first. The swift Serbian dominated Nadal from the start and closed out the victory by winning a remarkable exchange to beat him 6 -3 , 6 -3 in the final of the Sony Open.

Nadal fell to 0- 4 in finals at Key Biscayne, one of just three ATP Masters 1000 events he has yet to win. As for Djokovic , only six -time champion Andre Agassi has won the men's event more.

Djokovic erased the only break point he faced, committed just 15 unforced errors and won a scrambling, 30 -shot rally on the final point.

He completed a March sweep after beating Roger Federer in the final at Indian Wells two weeks ago.

Giggs: United are no underdogs to Bayern

As Manchester United face Bayern Munich in a Champions League game on Tuesday, veteran midfielder Ryan Giggs has rejected the popular notion that the Red Devils are approaching the contest as underdogs.

Since the change of manager last summer, United have played below par - losing many local matches and fumbling in European competitions; like against Olympiakos when they were almost knocked out.

Following that poor run of form, majority of football spectators, all over the globe, have tipped Pep Guardiola's men to be favourites to survive the next stage; but the 40-year-old Welsh has rejected that global view.

The Spirit of Servanthood

The term 'servant' has been degraded as everyone wants to be in charge - whether experienced or not. Apart from exceptional cases when God wants to raise a rare gem, it is highly necessary for everyone to undergo the process of service - if they must lead.

The spirit of servant-hood is the essential attitude necessary for all leaders. It is the loyal feeling of being a servant and the pleasure one derives on remembering the fact that he or she is a servant. In the words of
Bishop David Abioye, "the spirit of servanthood is a platform of empowerment and enthronement. This spirit takes one into the realm of exhortations, it cares less about position and it is the gateway to leadership.

Surprisingly today, many people want to become leaders but none wants to be a servant. We tend forget the fact that the greatest leaders and people in history were once servants. For instance, Joshua the son of Nun, who destroyed Jericho, was a dedicated servant/ follower of Moses. Elisha was Elijah's loyal servant and he got the double portion of Elijah's grace. We can all bear witness of Pastor Adeboye of RCCG who was a humble servant to late Pa. Josiah. These people served selflessly, dedicatively and with pleasure. Today, we can all talk about their accomplishments.

Always Make A Difference

We are all gifted with a unique set of skills and abilities. With those abilities we can make extra-ordinary things happen in the world around us, or not.

It is completely up to you whether you want your life to make a difference and what difference you want your life to make.

Many people set lofty goals for their lives and want to be remembered as visionaries, they want to change and save the world.

Others want to be remembered as the kind man or women down the street who always helped and always listened if you needed help.

Who do you think is the better person?

The one who changes the world or the one who saves the individual?

A Divine Sentence: The Words of a King (Part 2)

Speak to that stubborn issue
A divine sentence is a divine decree or judgement pronounced on life issues and questions. It is the faith-filled word of God oozing out from one's lips. This is more than an ordinary sentence... It is a supernatural decree!

Following the first part of this life-changing article, which was published last Friday, the Grace of God has made possible the completion of it - so that readers and viewers wouldn't be left stranded with a question like: "how do I release this divine sentence?"

If you read the first part, and you understand what a divine sentence is, here is how you can release the supernatural decree to that long term unemployment issue, poverty cases, life struggles, incurable sicknesses and diseases, amongst other challenging situations. If you have not read the first part, you can read it here.

Don't let them pull you down, believe in yourself!

"There are some people who put you down in life, mock your dreams, and challenge your character; they look like winners. But in actual fact, they are only voicing out of their insecurities and jealousy. Do not let them pull you down. Believe and accept yourself and hold onto what you believe in."  — Unknown

Always believe in yourself and in what you carry. You are uncommon - and uncommon men are mystics; they are not easily comprehended by humans. Hence, don't feel bad when people think awkward of you, its only because you do not belong to their kind of class. You are in a class of your own... You are uncommon!

Things are to be used and people are to be loved.

We stumbled upon an interesting article which, we believe, is highly important since it reflects our day-to-day actions as humans. Hence, we deemed it necessary to share a summary of it with our viewers.

 Here is the touching story:

A father was polishing his brand new car; with his 6-year-old son beside him. Being naive, the little boy picked up a stone and scratched lines on the side of the car. But in anger, the father took the child's hand and hit it several times - not realizing he was using a wrench. After punishing his own son to his fill, the man realized he had caused harm to his little boy. He immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital - where the doctor confirmed the child had lost all his fingers due to multiple fractures.

Be Inspired!!!

Now get inspired!!!
MTN came to Nigeria at a time when nobody wanted to invest in Nigeria, at a time when Nigerians did not have phones. Even Zenith Bank refused to loan MTN cash to operate,UBA rejected MTN’s offer but today see the difference.

At least we all know the story of the only civilian unelected President in Nigeria - Good-luck Jonathan. We know how the people said he was not going to be President; today the rest is history.

A Divine Sentence: The Words of a King

Jesus wants us to move those mountains.
I have had to write several articles under the compulsive leadership of the Precious Holy Spirit via the ministrations of God's elated servants; articles meant for a chosen few. Here again, is the good-news of salvation.

A divine sentence differs from a physical one and it is much more effective than a prayer.

It is a divine decree, divine judgement pronounced on life issues and questions. It is the Rhema of God oozing out from one's lips. This is more than an ordinary sentence... It is a supernatural decree characterised be temerity.
DEFINING OUR PERSONALITY...

Turning through to the book of Revelation 1 vs 5 - 6, the Word of God ordained us kings and priests - this position we fully assume when we accept Christ as our Lord and fully believe in Him.

In essence, every believer is a king and a priest - this applies to both men and women as there is no gender segregation in God.

Accordingly, the book of Proverbs 16 vs 10 reads:

"A divine sentence is in the lips of a king: his mouth trangresseth not in judgement." KJV

This biblical sentence opens our eyes to the fact that while releasing divine sentences, one is never careful.

THE MISSING LINK

We have missed the link all this while. Thus, we begged for what was rightfully ours.

However, the good-news is, we are free to assume our kingship position. Words are the only things that have the ability of going into the future before us. Hence, we ought to use them aright.

The Spirit of the Lord urges us to exercise our earthly - unlimited powers since there is power where the word of a king is.

An outright example of a divine sentence is seen in Mark 11 vs 12 - 14, where Jesus pronounced judgement on the unproductive fig tree. Then in verses 20 - 22, we learnt that the fig tree dried up as commanded by Christ.

Now, if we say we cannot do what Christ did, what then is our hope of glory?

Does President Jonathan truly have a hidden agenda?

Authorities of the Jama’atul Nasril Islam, JNI, have accused President Goodluck Jonathan of pursuing a hidden agenda with the convocation of the National Conference, reports Punch Nigeria.

During a news conference on Wednesday in Kaduna, the JNI’s Secretary-General, Dr. Khalid Aliyu, said no amount of conferences would solve the myriad of problems confronting Nigeria, except “when our leaders lead with justice and equity in the country' - whilst also stating that the process of selecting delegates to the conference negated  the spirit of democracy as majority of delegates to the conference were Christians.

According to him, 62 per cent of the delegates to the conference are Christians while the remaining percentage is shared by Muslims and other religions in the land.

El-Classico: Facts and Stats

As Real Madrid FC host Spanish Champions Barcelona in a clash which is globally referred to as El-Classico, Visuals! Blog has deemed it necessary to hint on the stats - ahead of the battle scheduled to hold on Sunday, March 23.

The prestigious El-Classico, which is regarded as the biggest rivalry in the football world, actually started on May 13, 1902; and the total number of 726 goals have been shared amongst these two great Spanish teams since inception.

The Los Blancos seem to have the largest part of the victory since the contest began, as they have won 90 of the clashes - with Barcelona winning 87.  Madrid's greatest Classico win was on June 13, 1943 - when they demolished the Blaugrana by 11-1. Meanwhile, Barca  have had a good number of 5-0 wins over the Galaticos, but the latest was the one we recently witnessed on November 29, 2010.
However, our concern with the El-Classico does not lie in history but in the present time - when the two greatest footballers in recent age, have made it soundly interesting.

Lampard confident of thrashing Arsenal

Chelsea ace, Frank Lampard, has exuded confidence over Arsenal's defeat come Saturday - as the two big London clubs battle each other in the Premier League competition.

Following the second spell arrival of Jose Mourinho last summer, the Blues enjoy a successful campaign in the domestic league; unlike other seasons when they had to fight for the fourth place position.

The Gunners, on the other hand, are no underdogs. They have proven themselves to be worthy challengers of the title this term since the beginning of the campaign; and with new signing, Mesut Ozil in the ranks, Arsenal becomes more terrifying.

Pleasing God...

Pleasing God is quite different from pleasing men. There are two things you can do in order to please God and to cause Him to release His blessings in abundance upon you. These two principles are simple and easy to operate:

1. Work by faith: You have to always believe in the things that are unusual. Things that people tag impossible. Believe that with God, no impossibility. Thus, faith is walking in the realm of possibility.
