Lampard confident of thrashing Arsenal

Chelsea ace, Frank Lampard, has exuded confidence over Arsenal's defeat come Saturday - as the two big London clubs battle each other in the Premier League competition.

Following the second spell arrival of Jose Mourinho last summer, the Blues enjoy a successful campaign in the domestic league; unlike other seasons when they had to fight for the fourth place position.

The Gunners, on the other hand, are no underdogs. They have proven themselves to be worthy challengers of the title this term since the beginning of the campaign; and with new signing, Mesut Ozil in the ranks, Arsenal becomes more terrifying.

However, the veteran midfielder, who acknowledges Arsenal's gunning prowess, believes that his side's zeal and responsibility to win all matches in order to lift the Barclay's trophy, makes them more formidable.

"They've got a lot of good players and quality," Lampard said of Arsenal. "Every team has to break
the mould some time.

"We worry about ourselves, where we are at the minute. If we can win as many games as we can till the
end of the season we'll give ourselves a great chance. I am confident."

Chelsea host the North London club on Saturday by 12:45pm (UK time).
